One of the key events of the Habits de Lumière week-end was born from the meeting between the chefs of the Association "Etoilés de la Champagne – Starred chefs in Champagne" and the Houses of the avenue de Champagne Committee.
Every year, on the Saturday morning, near Halle Saint Thibault, Habits de Saveurs gathers gastronomy amateurs coming to discover the dishes cooked by the chefs from the most prestigious establishments of the region, around a cuvee chosen by the House associated with it.
The recipes are cooked in front of the public, and then the dishes are offered for tasting and served with their pairing champagne.
