This year, the City of Epernay, in partnership with the Avenue de Champagne Committee, is organising the 25th edition of the Habits de Lumière : 11, 12 and 13 December 2026
On Friday and Saturday evenings, two festive evenings take place on the Avenue de Champagne. Illuminations, video-mappings, champagne bars, musical entertainment and fireworks create a unique and festive atmosphere.
These evenings highlight the Avenue de Champagne and the great Houses that have made its reputation.
On Saturday, gastronomy takes centre stage at the Habits de Saveurs. In the morning, Michelin-starred chefs join forces with the winegrowers and producers of the Avenue de Champagne and local producers to create an original recipe in a demonstration-tasting session open to all.
In the afternoon, young chefs will be competing against each other in front of the public in the P'tits Pâtissiers competition. Wine and food matching workshops and cellar tours round off the festivities.
On Saturday evening, a second festive evening takes place on Avenue de Champagne.
On Sundays, a parade of vintage vehicles livens up the streets of the town. The parade now attracts over 400 vehicles, making it one of the largest gatherings in north-east France.
